The Base- Backyard POD (no bathroom or kitchen)

Need more space?  This 8x12, self-sustaining Pod is perfect for the backyard or on a free-standing piece of property.  Use the space as you wish- guest room, teenager/college kid room or hangout, man cave, office, she shed, pool house, etc..

Note- the pictures used are for the Deluxe model.  The Base will have the same footprint, but without a bathroom and some of the amenities. This will be an open space that you can fill in as you see fit- bunk beds, office furniture, yoga studio, or just air conditioned storage.  If you would like to add a bathroom and the other amenities you see, please look at the "Plus" and "Deluxe" options.
