Our 16ft Pod allows for a full-time bed to be out and ready.  This model also has room for a couch that can be folded out into a bed.  Together, there is room for 4 people to sleep.  This model has all of the amenities of the 8x12, but with an extra 4 feet for some additional elbow room.  

Our Deluxe Pod has all of the options available.  Nothing needs to be added and everything is provided. This 8x16, self-sustaining Pod is perfect for the backyard or on a free-standing piece of property.  Use the space as you wish- guest room, teenager/college kid room or hangout, man cave, office, she shed, pool house,  etc..
